Our method: understanding over tools
Tools change every few months. Understanding how AI learns, where it fails and how to think alongside it lasts a lifetime.
๐งญ Concepts first
Data, patterns, models, bias and limits โ taught with hands-on, mostly tool-independent projects.
๐ Age-banded
Three bands with different depth and language: 8โ10, 11โ13 and 14โ16. An 8-year-old plays; a 15-year-old audits a dataset.
๐ฃ๏ธ Explain it back
Every child explains one AI idea in their own words each term. That's our real test of learning.
Curriculum map
Six modules, three depths
The same big ideas, revisited at each age with more depth โ so children keep growing as they move up a band.
How machines learn
Sorting games, โteach the robotโ role-play
Collect, label, train, test; why AI errs
Training vs testing, overfitting, evaluation
Thinking & communicating with AI
Asking good questions; checking with a grown-up
Prompting, verifying, spotting confident mistakes
Hallucination, sources, honest academic use
How the digital world influences us
Ads vs content, screen-time choices
Recommendation feeds, attention, sponsored posts
Data economy, influence, creating responsibly
Maths & computational thinking
Patterns, sequences, if-then logic
Probability, decomposition, debugging
Statistics, functions, model metrics
Build with AI
First child-safe trained model
Image classifier, chatbot decision tree

School alignment
Supports school, goes beyond it
From the 2026-27 session, CBSE has introduced Computational Thinking and AI for Classes 3โ8, with compulsory modules in Classes 9โ10 to follow. Schools will cover the basics โ we go deeper with projects and mentoring.
We design each module alongside the CBSE CT & AI themes and the equivalent ICSE and IB ideas, so what your child does here makes school feel easier, not repetitive.
Read the CBSE guide for parents| School stage | What school starts | What EduOrvix adds |
|---|---|---|
| Classes 3โ5 | Puzzles, visual reasoning, pattern games | โTeach the robotโ projects and online safety |
| Classes 6โ8 | Foundational AI concepts | Training real models, bias and verification |
| Classes 9โ10 | Compulsory CT & AI modules | Evaluation, ethics, portfolio capstone |
AI ethics & safety
Responsible AI is in every module
๐ Privacy
What's personal data, and why we never feed it to AI tools.
๐ญ Deepfakes
How fake media is made and how to check before sharing.
โ Honesty
Using AI to understand, not to copy โ and saying when you used it.
โ๏ธ Fairness
Spotting bias in data and decisions, and what to do about it.
