The AI Readiness Profile, the 15-minute result call and two trial classes are free — no payment details needed.
Refundable trial window
After you enrol, there's a refundable trial window at the start of the cohort (confirmed in your enrolment letter). If it isn't the right fit, tell us within the window for a full refund of the cohort fee.
After the trial window
If you need to withdraw later, we'll refund the unused portion of the fee for sessions not yet delivered, minus any payment-gateway charges.
If we cancel
If we cancel or can't deliver a cohort, you'll get a full refund for undelivered sessions or a free transfer to another cohort — your choice.
How to request
WhatsApp or email us with your child's first name and cohort. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
